Please NO CANCELLATION of orders once seller replied "yours" or sent order confirmation, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
lost parcels seller is not accountable for any delays or missing items as a result of incorrect details provided by the buyer.
damaged parcels seller is not accountable for any damages during shipment. please opt for insurance fee for the items.
take note for damaged or incomplete items, refunds will not be issued without a proper unboxing video. No video unboxing (should not be edited) = NO REFUND
payment if the buyer did not provide or sent a proof of payment = no payment/ not yet paid. Failure to pay the entire payment (5) five days after the deadline will result in an immediate cancellation and posting as a bogus buyer. Even if the buyer has previously made payments (downpayments) before the specified deadline, this will still be applicable.
